The bulk of my skin care actually has nothing to do with topical products. The few products I do use are affordable, accessible, and effective. My skincare routine–both for morning and evening–is minimal & uncomplicated. But a great deal of why my complexion is the way that it is comes down to the foods I eat, along with my daily meditation and mindfulness + yoga practice, as well as my proper sleep hygiene.
