Hugh Hefner’s widow is opening up about the plastic surgery that she said nearly killed her. In an Inside Edition exclusive interview, model Crystal Hefner says that she’d been feeling insecure about her smaller breast size after having her implants removed in 2016 over concerns they were making her sick. She decided to undergo fat transfer surgery to make her breasts more full. But when she awoke from what was supposed to be a simple procedure, she was shocked to find the condition her body was in.
