It’s Monday which mean’s it’s time for day 3 of our #springskincare series! If you’ve stayed with us this far, don’t stop yet! We’ve got a great instructional on how to do at least a base level workout of the #facialmuscles. This will help you increase blood flow to areas of the face that may be lacking in substantial circulation for one reason or another. It will also help to #detoxify and cleanse your lymphatic system and drain any toxins within your sinuses!
Facial Yoga is a relatively new, popularity wise at least, practice in #skincare. It takes the same ideas as regular #yoga, but adapts them for use on the face. Yoga is all about flexibility, #balance, and strengthening your body. It also more deeply connects you with how your body feels and behaves on a daily basis. Facial yoga does much of the same. It creates a connection between the muscles of your face and your ability to increase elasticity on your appearance. This practice consists of a series of movements and techniques that, when used in sequence or for an extended period of time, will work in much the same way regular yoga does on the body. These techniques are specifically designed to work the muscles of the face and neck with the primary goal being to reverse the signs of aging with nothing more than your own body.
We definitely aren’t the experts on this topic, but we have been using this practice for quite some time and have seen great results when done correctly.
