This patient got lipo in 3 areas, her waist, back and abdomen under general anesthesia. Dr. Gartner used smart lipo on this patient which is a type of lipo that causes less bruising, swelling, and overall less trauma to the tissue. The heat from the laser also helps to melt fat and tighten the skin which is ideal for some patients.
