This is the first in a series of videos about the new longevity program I just started. This program is backed by research and involves my taking an inexpensive supplement called Niacinamide, along with the prescription drug Metformin.
Initially, I took a special test to determine my genetic age, or how old I am biologically. After I took the test, I started taking Niacinamide, and I plan to start taking Metformin soon.
In future videos I will be monitoring my aging markers like weight, BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc., in order to determine if this special therapy will have an effect on my biological age.

EPIGENETIC AGE TEST! Epiaging USA is the lab where I took my test which analyzed my urine to determine my true age genetically.
