I have a skincare series coming at you. I’ve done videos similar to this in the past, but it’s always a good reminder. These are my TOP basic skincare tips for healthy skin. Some of which I follow consistently, and some I personally have a harder time committing to. Either way, if someone asked me my top tips, this is what they would be.

I’m Currently Using:
Pacifica Makeup Removing Wipes (similar)
Kate Somerville Retinol
Clean Well Sanitizing wipes. I order these from — i also order lots of natural products from there including the non-chlorine bleach.
Once A Week-
1) Disinfect Phone
2) Clean Makeup Brushes
3)Wash Sheets & Pillow Cases
4) Use a Glycolic Peel – One a week I use a Glycolic peel at night instead of retinol. My favorite one is by Kate Somerville. It works AMAZING over night to slough any dead skin off. It makes your skin look dewy, healthy, and smooth. Be sure to always test a small patch of skin before using, and check with your doctor.
5)Full Body Scrub – Equal Parts Powdered Green Tea + Olive Oil + Sugar make a great full body scrub.

Once A Month-
Check your skin for suspicious moles, and make an appointment for a head to toe skin check up once a year. Enjoy the sun in moderation.
